The taste of the unexplored

Marta Maté was born with the aim of doing something extraordinary in a privileged region such as Ribera del Duero, a Designation of Origin of only 20 years, there was a lot to do.

We embarked on the search for something unique, until in 2013 we found what we were looking for: a winery located in an unknown area, located at the northern end of the D.O. at an altitude of over 900 m., with a terroir to explore and flavors to discover.

We are committed to biodiversity, minimal ecological intervention and field work so that in each harvest at least 90% of our grapes pass the selection table, thus guaranteeing an ideal result in each of our bottles.

Each bottle of Marta Maté tells a story through an unknown flavor, always capable of surprising even the most demanding palates.
