Marta Maté Radical
A wine made with whole clusters (without destemming) in an open vat and aged in 400‑liter French oak barrels. Produced from organically grown grapes. A VIBRANT and STIMULATING wine with aromas of small red fruits and blue flowers, supported by a mineral backbone. A truly Radical Ribera del Duero.
– 100% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino)
– 8–12 days of maceration.
– 14 months of aging in 100% French oak.
– Serving temperature: 16–18 ºC.
– Pairs beautifully with pasta dishes featuring spiced sauces, stews, red meats, poultry casseroles, and dishes with dried fruits and nuts. Ideal with aged sheep’s milk cheeses.
