Marta Maté White
Made through whole‑cluster pressing and fermented with indigenous yeasts for 30 days, this Albillo Mayor faithfully reflects the identity of its terroir. It shows a pale yellow color with golden highlights and a nose marked by strong minerality, with citrus notes and white flowers. On the palate, it is broad, balanced, and elegant, with fresh natural acidity. MINERALITY and ELEGANCE.
– 85% Albillo Mayor and 15% other local white varieties.
– Bâtonnage twice a week for 10 months, followed by 4 months of rest.
– 14 months of aging on its lees.
– Serving temperature: 10–12 ºC.
– Pairs beautifully with oily fish and seafood, roasted poultry, seared foie, rice dishes and mushroom risottos, as well as pasta with creamy sauces. Its structure and complexity also harmonize with torreznos and silky meat stews, offering a perfect balance of freshness, creaminess, and depth.
