This is a wine unique in concept, matured in 2300 litre barrels of French oak. It is a sophisticated wine with sensual and evocative aromas of black fruit and subtle notes of vanilla and cloves. A Ribera del Duero with a twist!

– 8-12 days of maceration
– 14 months ageing in French oak wood 100%
– Temperature: 16 – 18 ºC
– Goes well with red meats, poultry, sheep’s cheese and pasta with rich flavoured sauces.
