Marta Maté Rosé

Early harvest for the production of our “lágrima” rosé. Fermented with indigenous yeasts at low temperature for 26 days. Environmentally respectful throughout every stage of the process, from sustainable viticulture at the origin to the completion of winemaking in the cellar.

– 90% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) and 10% Albillo Mayor.

– 6 months of aging on its lees, half in concrete and half in 500‑liter barrels, with bâtonnage performed once a week.

– Bottled without cold stabilization.
